Ingredients
- 3-4 chicken breast, cubed (approx. 500g)
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Season with 1 tsp salt, pepper, paprika,
- oregano and garlic powder as desired
- 200ml milk
- 120g light cream cheese
- 40g (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 3 tbsp any hot sauce
- 170g uncooked macaroni
Method
STEP 1
Start by cutting your chicken breasts into cubes. Season with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, oregano and garlic powder. Mix well and set aside.
STEP 2
Get water in a pot, add salt and bring to a boil. Add your macaroni pasta and cook for 8-10 mins till al dente. Remove some pasta water for later.
STEP 3
Get a pan on medium heat, add cooking spray then cook the chicken for 6-8 mins then set the chicken aside.
STEP 4
In the same pan on low heat add milk, light cream cheese, cheddar and any hot sauce. Use a whisk or spatula to mix everything till smooth and creamy.
STEP 5
Add your cooked macaroni, mix till combined then add the cooked chicken and give it a final mix and ENJOY!
