Ingredients
Ingredients for 3-4 Spicy Wraps
- 600g Chicken Breast cut into strips (100g cooked chicken per wrap)
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
- Salt & Pepper as desired
- 1 Lemon Juiced
- Low Calorie Tortilla Wraps
- Luttuce
- Chopped red onion
Spicy Sauce
- 100g light mayo
- 20g your favourite hot sauce
- 1 Garlic Clove Minced
- Fresh Mint
- salt & pepper as desired
- Lemon Juice
Method
1. Slice your chicken breast into strips then add spices and Mix well!
2. Get a pan on medium heat, use cooking spray or olive oil then cook the chicken for 3-4 mins each side till golden brown.
3. Make the spicy sauce by combining in a bowl, light mayo , your favourite hot sauce, minced garlic, Fresh mint, salt, pepper and a little lemon juice. Mix till smooth.
4. Grab a wrap, add a bed of luttce, the juicy chicken pieces, red onion, tomatoes and a generous amount of the spicy sauce then optional toast the wrap and ENJOY!
